About the Opportunity

The Executive Assistant to the Director Economy, Growth and Infrastructure is responsible for providing a range of high-level executive administrative and secretarial support functions to the Director, including: organise meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes of meetings as directed; prepare briefing materials, reports, correspondence and other documentation accurately and in a timely and consistent format; and accurately manage the diary and events calendar.

This role is a Permanent full-time opportunity with a Monthly ADO. The total remuneration package begins at $74.2K (Band 5) plus superannuation.

About You

You will bring experience in delivering high quality customer service and professional executive support.  You will multitask, manage and prioritise competing demands and deliver effective outcomes within tight timelines, while maintaining strict confidentiality on all matters handled within the Director’s Office.

You will use your interpersonal skills along with a positive approach to establish productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and decision makers.
