About the Role

The Property Coordinator will provide high level leadership and guidance in the management of Council properties regarding the legal, technical and professional aspects of property management. This will also include sales and purchases of land, Council property determinations, and solving complex problems relating to property. 

This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a Monthly ADO. The total remuneration package begins at $115K (Band 7) which includes superannuation and the option of a private use vehicle.

About You

The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of the technical and legal requirements of property management and property transactions and may possess a property/business-related tertiary qualification or have experience in property law. You will have strong communication and negotiation skills and be able to guide stakeholders through complex projects relating to property. You will also be able to make strategic assessments regarding the social, economic and environmental value of property as part of developing a long-term strategic property management approach.
