About the Role
The Mitchell Shire Council provides over 400 built facilities for Council and community services across the Shire. The Facilities Management Coordinator will provide a high level of leadership in the delivery of building and facility maintenance services and provide guidance to the facilities team, stakeholders and customers in all facets of a facilities management service.
This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a Monthly ADO. The total remuneration package begins at $115K (Band 7) which includes superannuation and the option of a private use vehicle.
The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of facilities management and be able to demonstrate your ability to collaborate to achieve outcomes. You will have excellent contract management skills and be familiar with maintenance management systems to organise works. You will also possess good asset management knowledge and experience be able to apply asset system thinking to achieve short- medium- and longer-term objectives.
