Asset Renewal Coordinator

About the Opportunity
The Asset Renewal Coordinator will posses good technical knowledge of the asset life-cycle across various asset classes and be able to use key indicators including condition, capacity and function to determine asset health and time-frames for renewal. Working across departments with an investment in asset health, you will develop priority programs and allocate the capital renewal budget based on a ten-year horizon. You will also be required to deliver the transport component of asset renewal and create "work-packages" for other departments to deliver projects on your behalf.
This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a Monthly ADO. The total remuneration package on offer for this opportunity is $119.2K to $133.3K plus superannuation.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have an engineering degree and/or a minimum 10 years experience in transport infrastructure management and asset management. You will have excellent organisational planning skills required to work across teams to develop work programs over multiple years. You will also have excellent analytical skills necessary to translate data into asset health information and will use predictive models to determine the future state of asset health. You will be able to apply your engineering/asset knowledge to make determinations about asset treatments that secure the best long term outcome for service users and the assets. You will also be experienced in developing tenders for works and management of contracts.
