Information Services Officer

About the Opportunity

If you have a passion for records management and have a good eye for detail this role is for you. The Information Services Unit is a customer focused unit providing information management services to Council.

This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a Monthly ADO. Remuneration begins at $76.4K to $87.1K (Band 5) plus superannuation.

About You

You are a dedicated and driven employee who enjoys reading and has excellent attention to detail. In this position you will assist in the coordination of the day-to-day operations of the Information Services Unit, in conjunction with the Senior Information Services Officer, ensuring the effective processing of incoming correspondence (both hardcopy and electronic), file retrieval and cross referencing whilst assisting in the continued maintenance of the Electronic Document Management System.
