The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Maternal and Child Health & Immunisation Coordinator to lead our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence the health and wellbeing of families across a vibrant and rapidly expanding region.

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of high quality maternal and child health and immunisation services, while mentoring a multidisciplinary team that includes MCH and immunisation nurses, a social worker, parenting support officers, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of maternal and child health and immunisation services

• Provide guidance and support to a high-performing, multidisciplinary team

• Plan and implement evidence-based programs to meet evolving community needs

• Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and policy requirements

• Foster collaboration across internal teams and external health partners

• Drive continuous improvement and service innovation

This role is a permanent full-time opportunity with a Monthly ADO. Total Remuneration Package begins at $155k (Band 8) plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.

About You
You are a compassionate, strategic, and collaborative leader with a deep commitment to improving outcomes for children and families. Your clinical expertise is matched by your ability to motivate, support, and inspire others.

To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and Midwife, plus postgraduate qualifications in Child and Family Health Nursing

• Extensive experience in maternal and child health services, with demonstrated leadership and coordination capability

• Knowledge of immunisation service delivery (desirable)

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with families, staff, and stakeholders

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities to manage service delivery in a dynamic environment

• A commitment to community-focused, culturally safe, and inclusive care
