About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to assist Council in providing timely and high quality advice and coordination to major State infrastructure projects within the Shire valued at over a billion dollars. The role role will ensure infrastructure assets that are ‘gifted’ to Council align with strategic plans, are fit for purpose and are constructed to Council’s design standards and manuals.

This role is a temporary, full time (through to June 2028), full-time opportunity with a Monthly ADO. Remuneration begins at $102.7K to $114.7K (Band 7) plus superannuation.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have extensive Development Engineering related experience. You will have, or be eligible for Victorian civil engineering registration. You will have a strong knowledge and understanding of Civil Engineering design, standards and construction principles. You will have well-developed negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills to resolve issues of a technical nature and highly developed oral and written communication skills to enable effective communication with a wide variety of people from all levels and backgrounds.
