About the Opportunity

The Revenue Officer is responsible for maintaining Council’s property and rate database in an accurate and timely manner. Customer service focused, the role will attend to rate payer and other enquiries in relation to property and rating issues and provide quality customer service in accordance with Council’s customer service charter.

This role is a full time, permanent opportunity with a monthly ADO. Remuneration begins at $73.3K to $76.8K (Band 4) plus superannuation.

About You

We’re looking for an individual with strong attention to detail, who can work collaboratively with the Revenue team and ensure tasks are completed in an accurate and efficient manner. If you have the right attitude and would like to make a mark for yourself with this entry level role into Revenue, this is the role for you. Please note that training and support will be provided in all areas for the right candidate to grow and flourish.
