About the Opportunity

Working in a fast-growing municipality, the role will require you to be flexible and dynamic.

You will work on the implementation of statutory planning responsibilities of the Council pursuant to the Mitchell Planning Scheme, the Planning and Environment Act 1987 and other relevant legislation, and Council's corporate, strategic and economic policies and objectives. 

This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a Fortnightly RDO. Remuneration begins at $121.7K to $135.2K (Band 7) inclusive of superannuation.

About You

We're looking for a Principal Planner who is tertiary qualified in Town Planning or another related discipline, with project management skills. You will have an eye for detail, who can manage demands and expectations and have highly developed interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
