About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated Parks and Gardens Crew Member to join our Parks and Arboriculture team. This role works across the municipality delivering high-quality civic presentation and landscape maintenance, helping ensure our parks, gardens, reserves and open spaces are safe, tidy, healthy and welcoming for the community.
You’ll be part of a multi-skilled team completing scheduled works to quality standards, within agreed timeframes and budgets, while meeting all safety, environmental and legislative requirements.
This role is a permanent full-time opportunity with a Fortnightly RDO. Remuneration begins at $72.1K to $75.7K (Band 3) plus superannuation.
About You
You’re a practical, reliable and safety-focused team player who enjoys working outdoors and takes real pride in keeping parks, gardens and public spaces looking their best. You bring hands-on experience in horticulture or grounds maintenance, confidence using plant and equipment, and a strong work ethic to get the job done to a high standard. You’re organised in your approach, willing to learn, and able to follow safe work procedures while contributing positively to a supportive crew environment.
