We are seeking an organised and detail oriented Finance Officer to join our Finance team in an exciting opportunity commencing in early November 2026. While accounts payable experience will be highly regarded, we are committed to providing training and support to the right candidate.

In this role, you will work with teams across the organisation to deliver a customer-focused finance service that supports smooth and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and payments with accuracy and efficiently
  • Maintaining supplier records and resolving account queries
  • Supporting month-end close processes and routine reporting tasks
  • Working closely with the Finance team and other departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by following processes and identifying opportunities to work more efficiently.

This role is offered as a full-time opportunity, with remuneration commencing from $73.3K per annum (Band 4) plus superannuation.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have the following experience/attributes:

  • Excellent verbal, written and numerical abilities.
  • Be capable of working independently and with high attention to detail
  • Ensure processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Extensive use of computers and database maintenance.
  • People focused and outcomes driven and be able to work with enthusiasm and in a positive manner.
