About the Opportunity
Mitchell Shire Maternal and Child Health Service is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Enhanced Maternal and Child Health Nurse to join our dynamic team.
As an Enhanced Maternal and Child Health (EMCH) Nurse at Mitchell Shire, your role is to provide a flexible, child-centered, family-focused service for children from birth to 6 years and their families. You will support families facing significant complexities, ensuring all services adhere to the Department of Health Enhanced Maternal and Child Health Guidelines.
This role is a permanent part-time 0.6 FTE opportunity. Remuneration begins at $124.9K (MCHY4) plus superannuation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board with a Graduate Diploma in Child and Family Health Nursing.
- Five years' experience as a Maternal and Child Health Nurse
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience working with complex and vulnerable clients.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- High level of verbal and written skills.
