Early Childhood Educator

About the Roles

What we’re looking for 

Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, skilled, qualified and experienced in relation to the care and education of young children including:  

  • a thorough understanding of the needs of young children, the community, families and the principles of early childhood education.
  • a demonstrated ability to embed the National Quality Standards into programming with a commitment to best practice.
  • experience implementing and supporting developmentally appropriate programs for 3-5 year-old children.
  • excellent communication skills.
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education

We have multiple permanent roles available throughout our Kindergarten network. Remuneration begins at $42K to $44.9K for Certificate III roles and $45.5K to $46.9K (pro-rata and dependent on qualifications and experience as per the Early Education Employees Agreement 2020) plus superannuation.

Please note: the successful applicant will be required to obtain a Working with Children Check prior to commencement. You will also be required to provide evidence that you meet the relevant State Government Pandemic Orders vaccination requirements.
